Help Network was founded in 1992 by the Russellville Area Ministerial Alliance and a grant from the River Valley United Way. We are a non-profit faith-based agency located in Russellville, Arkansas. We continue to receive support of Untied Way and local churches.
Help Network's mission is to “Offer a Hand Up not a Hand Out”, while encouraging responsible living.
Our clients are in need of assistance due to the hot summer months with utilities. We have other clients that need help with their prescriptions, rent and fuel. Make a difference in your neighbors lives.

We believe that every person has the right to live with dignity. We do not want to enable someone to continue to live in the same situation they have been in rather, we try to offer assistance and encourage them to live a life of self-sufficiency. We ask our clients to pay a portion of their bill before we can offer assistance. This holds them accountable for their situation and allows us to have more funds to help more people. We also may refer them to other programs that also assist them. Help Network's mission is to “Offer a Hand Up not a Hand Out” to low-income families in the River Valley area. We always encourage responsible living.
Neighbors needing help isn't seasonal, which is why our year-round assistance gets so much attention.
